"in life, once an event has passed, we ought to sum it all up." and that is what we call a summary.
the mid year exam is over and here, let me sum it all up.. here are some overall comments for each and every paper...
`english for english, i just hope i can pass. if my english fail, i don't know what to say to myself already.
`e math paper 1 was the hope of everyone. almost everyone thought that e math would be easy because of emath paper 1. but they didn't know the proverb in chinese that goes, "first sweet, then BITTER"
`e math paper 2 was extremely tough. wasn't that easy as compared to e math paper 1. might fail. hope paper 1 can pull me up.
`add maths rather easy. e2 got back their results already. i guess it was a presentable result. hmm.. think can score?
`chemistry hng. this subject arhs. 75 % will fail. still got 25% chance to PASSborderline. would never get a 50 and above/80. if i really get 50 and above, i can only say god is helping me lol.
`biology rather easy. the difficulty is there but it is not one that will traumatise us with fear and whatsnot. although i didn't have time to write more for the last question on malnutrition, it was still ok. might score..
`physics another killer subject. same as chemistry. 75% will fail. still got 25% chance to PASS. would never get like 50 and above/90. very difficult.
`combined humanities (social studies) hmm.. not sure will pass anot. because the marker is Mrs Carmen Tan. she marks with extreme strictness. oh gosh. don't think will do well with her marking
`combined humanities (literature) not that difficult. might pull up my combined humanities (hope so!) think might score.
`core geography oh wad another killing subject. might score in mcq but will fail like don't know what in seq. gosh. the ratio is 7 (seq) : 3 (mcq).. take if i score 30 in seq and 20 in mcq. hey ! i passed :) lols.. that's is just a dream. "i wonder if my dreamwill come true".
`chinese wow. i got 83.5 for my chinese. for chinese, don't have written exam. only have project work. did the project with jie lun, eugene sng and kok chen. wow. first time chinese score A1 and such a high A1 in secondary schools. kempeteh~!
overall, wad i want to say is that although exams are over, the verdict is the one that will terrify us. lols..
next monday & tuesday - get results next thursday - meet the parents' session (not sure if my parents going) next friday - the report book day. (which most of us HATE or some may LIKE!) to end this off, 'will i fail, will i do well, will i pass all subjects" the result will be out soon and as usual, i will b!og about it...
